I provide a thorough consultation, allowing you the time and space to express your needs and aspirations for your fitness journey.
I will conduct a movement assessment which can be done via Facetime or you may send me a video of yourself performing the exercises. This allows me to ensure I am prescribing exercises that are suitable to your ability and experience level, and to provide corrective exercises and stretching routines if necessary.
